Flowering Desert

20190417_154501 (1)Todays project features one of my favourites from the spring summer catalogue which is unfortunately retiring. I love Cacti mainly because my sister and I have running jokes about them, (she stood on one when she was younger, funniest thing ever!) so it was one of my first buys from the catalogue. I love that it can be used to build scenes and the possibilities really are endless.

Wildly Happy

Todays project features my prize patrol gift from onstage, I personally think i’ve been pretty lucky with prize patrols both times I have attended as the first year I received ‘well said’ . This year I received ‘Wildly Happy’  and I was pretty pleased with it as the images had jumped out as soon as I saw the set in the catalogue.

I based my card on a sketch challenge featured on the ‘stampin’ for all’ facebook group I hope you like it as much as I do.

Onstage Telford 2019

Hello, I’m finally recovered from the whirlwind weekend that was Onstage. This was my second time going to a Stampin’ Up! event and I loved every minute of it, especially seeing the stunning new catalogue that’s coming in June. We were very lucky to be given some of the new products to play with at the event and even better got to bring some of them home. One of the items we received was the mosaic mood dsp which is a lovely mix of Mediterranean inspired colours with both patterns and images.20190415_182158 If you have followed my blog for a while you might have seen I’ve been following #loveitchopit so with that in mind I have made this dsp case insert to store the new  paper in. I hope you enjoy! I will be back with more sneak peaks of the new catalogue tomorrow.

I love the watercolour effect on this project im not a fussy floral person so this stamp wouldn’t usually appeal however seeing it used like this makes me think it might be worth adding to my wishlist.

Love this little fella

Todays post is continuing with the saleabration theme as there are only a matter of days left to claim your freebies I really wasn’t sure about frogs, I’m still lusting after last years pandas but then I saw some cards made with the set and totally changed my mind I love the slightly whimsical set and think it’s definitely one for my stash of silly cards.
