Sneak Peek DSP #loveitchopit

So my preorder arrived yesterday (definitely benefits to being a demonstrator) and I was super excited to chop my Designer series paper which is something I would have never done before.

I’m finding if I chop the paper I’m using it so much more and really appreciating the level of detail that goes into it. New DSP case inserts will be on the useful links page ASAP pictures will be updated as soon as I can use catalogue images too.

Today’s post is a little different as I will be showcasing some of my favourite projects from my fellow Stampin’ Up! demonstrators. I have chosen some of my favourites from their blogs and hope you will join me monthly to see projects. I am also hoping to CASE some of these projects putting my own spin on them later in the week.

Today’s first project is from my upline Karen Varley at Donemark Papercrafts I love the colour combination on this card Stampin’ Up! do some absolutely gorgeous purple shades.

Gift Card Holder

20190424_1903277473163012625067587.jpgSo todays post is rather picture heavy but it needed to be to show instructions for my project, This idea was cased from the lovely Karen Kilner of kkcardcraft I loved the idea she had used for her swaps at our more recent team retreat so thought it would make a lovely gift card holder. Hopefully the picture instructions are clear enough to follow if not I might make a video for this project next week.

Flowering Desert

20190417_154501 (1)Todays project features one of my favourites from the spring summer catalogue which is unfortunately retiring. I love Cacti mainly because my sister and I have running jokes about them, (she stood on one when she was younger, funniest thing ever!) so it was one of my first buys from the catalogue. I love that it can be used to build scenes and the possibilities really are endless.
